- Arlington is a large city with a lot going for it for visitors and residents. The Ball Park in Arlington is the home of the Texas Rangers. Plenty to do and fantastic restaurants. Arlington is fun! The limites to your fun are dense traffic and no public transportation. However, most of the time you are no more than 40 minutes from DFW International Airport.
