- My journal covers a small part of the Acadia National Park. The park covers much of Mount Desert Island. It is a serene and well preserved park in its natural state. Get the feel of being on the rocky coast of Maine, and glorious sun rises from Cadillac Mountain.

- Acadia National Park is one of the reasons I always get the wanderlust for New England in autumn. The colors of the trees (the red! yellow! light green!), the often still warm temperature and blue sky... it is just the way a real autumn has to be for me.

- Acadia National Park isn't all too big, or exciting for that matter. But, the obster is great and the kayaking and canoeing are wonderful.
