- For Sunday breakfast out with a visiting friend, I suggested PJ's Pancake House in Princeton, a local favorite. She didn’t seem too interested, expecting a “typical” New Jersey city. Was she surprised! If your impression of New Jersey is based on views from the Turnpike and The Sopranos, you might be too!
