- We have traveled all over the world, so we're not easily impressed. But Wichita has a world class museum called the Museum of World Treasures, the Mid-American All Indian Center, a reconstructed cowtown, the Kansas Aviation Museum, The Jesse James Museum, and so much more. It is a destination!

- We had a great day in Wichita and found to our surprise that one day was not enough to do and see everything there was to do and see there.

- All in all this place was very nice and well kept. We were very disappointed with the private beach though, as you basically had no access because of the extremely rocky beach.

- Wichita is a pleasant surprise. It is the air capital and a great place for a little culture.

- Century II, the convention center in Wichita, sponsored a great three day car show that we attended. Also while in the area visited Eldorado Lake, which is a mere 1/2 hour from Wichita.
