- In November 2006 we took a tour of Iran. The second city we visited was the desert city of Yazd, the second oldest continuously inhabited city in the world.

- Our final day in Tehran was a religious holiday leaving us with a challenge to find things to do when all the obvious attractions were closed. Some of these are things that don't normally make it into the tourist guides!
