Subic Bay is only about a two-hour road trip from Metro Manila, so even if I only have the weekend off, I can still manage really good break. Beaches, restaurants, spas, bars - they are all in Subic.

Subic Bay.."sin city" as it used to be called when the US Navy was stationed here has been revitalized into a thriving free port and a tourist destination.I was there in 1989 and wanted to see the revovation that took place..and swim too!
