A hidden community so quaint that numerous movies are filmed here. There is a secret beach, fine dining, neighborhood "cheers" all safe, and it is right next to LAX.

El Segundo was where no one wanted to live because a sewage line empties into the Santa Monica Bay here. The smelly beach areas of yore are now the toniest neighborhoods. El Segundo is about to come into its own.
