Now declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the unique port town of Valparaiso should be on your MUST-SEE list when traveling to Chile. Similar to San Francisco, Valparaiso is a picturesque town located on the bay with hills rising up from the water, filled the with history and authenticity.
