The Hmong tribe is one of the most interesting people of Indochina. Scarred and injured by the Vietnam war (they fought on the American side), they continued their way of life after the war against a hostile Communist government. This journal is about this proud and resilient people.

The Plain of Jars-Eerie and Mysterious

The epithets that go before the Plain of Jars are either "eerie", "spooky" or "mysterious". I would have thought the description as fairly accurate. I think it is fair to say that nobody or nothing would have prepared me for what I felt at the place.
