- Two adjacent lakes and towns in northwest Iowa bear the name Okoboji. At the southeastern tip of the prairie pot-holes region, they’re a prime vacation area featuring seven good-sized lakes and limitless water recreation opportunities. For those so inclined, there are excellent bike trails and several amusement parks.

- Lake Okaboji, Iowa, was beautiful. West Oaks Resort was clean, comfortable for 6 people, and had just about everything available, including games, pools, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a great fishing dock. The fishing was excellent, and we caught many varieties of fish. It was a great time.

- I vacationed in Okoboji with small children and adults. Visit Lake Okoboji, boat, swim, see Arnolds Amusement Park, eat at Godfathers Pizza and Taco House, fish, play golf, go go-karting, hike, bike, and have some family fun.

- A relaxing and fun getaway with my friends has become an annual retreat that we anticipate all year long. After the tourist season, we nearly have the place to ourselves at West Oaks on Lake Okoboji.
