- Ancient Thebes was home to priests and pharoahs, astronomers and architects. Twenty-four hours is really not long enough to do this incredible place justice.

- Ancient Egypt has always held s fascination for me, thus we flew from Jerusalem to Heliopolis and then directly to Luxor. From here we explored various temples including a trip to Dandera, the Temple of Luxor and of course the Temple of Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings and then Abu Simbel, following a 5-day boat trip from Luxor to Aswan.
