Scenic Kotor Bay is the southernmost fjord in Europe. We rented a car for a self-guided (well, with some help from Rick Steves' guidebook) day tour of the sights around the bay. The beautiful bay has a very narrow mouth to the sea and is the surrounded by steep mountains.

This beautiful UNESCO-listed, walled city on the edge of Southern Europe’s largest fjord is a true Pearl of the Adriatic and yet is overlooked by most visitors, a curiosity since it also happens to be the home of the University of Montenegro’s Department of Tourism.

I went to Kotor to take pictures of the city. Boka Kotorska Bay is located on the south of Adriatic sea, and there are not many snowy days. It was all beautiful days when I visited, and you can see some of my photos here.
