- Kiev nightlife page that I found. Very extensive and kind of funny and opinionated. I think Kiev has best nightclubs in Ukraine but Odessa is better in summer. www.kievapts.com/Kiev_nightlife.asp

- Ukraine became a place that is very easy to visit. Actually, you won't need visa and infrastructure has been improved. It is good idea to visit the Slavic cradle and discover Ukrainian hospitality.

- Avoid this hotel and take a taxi to the center; I had 1,000 UAH (more than $200 USD) stolen from my room during breakfast there. Service is still from Communist times, so plan on half an hour for check-in!
