- Sarajevo, the capital of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was the host city for the 1984 Winter Olympics. While the city suffered greatly during the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s, it is slowly coming back as a vibrant city to be seen and experienced.

- We started our journey in Bosnia in Sarajevo, arriving in Mostar by bus.We really had no idea what to expect but this rag- a- tag beautiful ancient city soon grew in our hearts!

- When we speak about Islam we alway think about Arabic countries, Turkey or Indonesia. However, this religion also exists in Europe. Half of the inhabitants of Bosnia and Herzegovina are Muslims, and the architecture reflects it. Mostar exemplifies it perfectly !
