- The Grenadines are sheer bliss. Don't go with activity in mind, though; there's nothing to do but sip BBC’s (Bailey’s, banana, and coconut), admire the views, and make friends with the parrotfish. Do go now, however, before this relatively undiscovered Caribbean gem starts getting too much publicity!

- Each year for the last six years, my husband and I have spent three weeks sailing to different islands in the Caribbean. This year took us to St. Vincent and the Grenadines where we were thrilled to discover that each island we visited had a unique personality of its own.

- Bequia is a small island and reported to be a prime scuba dive location. I was pleasantly surprised to find it not only was great diving but plenty to do above the water while still maintaining a small island charm.

- From the end of April till the end of May 2006, a group of 12 students and chaperones from Pacific Life Bible College in Surrey, BC, Canada went on a missions trip to beautiful St. Vincent.

- Had a fantastic week diving with Manta Dive Center on Pigeon Point. Great staff, fun dives, coming again next year!
