Bandarban is the mixture of old and modern age. Many types of people live in this hill district. There are tribes like the Murong, Murma, Bom, Tripura and Lusai. Bangalees from the plain land has also gathered here to find their fortune. Natural beauty has made the district fantastic.

Bandarban is a hill district in the southeast corner of Bangladesh. Badarban means 'dam of monkeys'. Sky and clouds are nearer here. It is filled with green hills, fountains and small waterfalls.
