- While employed in Hawaii as a Lead Support Agent for a large travel corporation, I was lucky enough to be selected to travel with my supervisor to Colorado Springs, CO. How could I have known that after this trip Colorado Springs would forever have a special place in my heart?

- Colorado Springs (CS) was to be the precursor for a week in Vail. In many ways, our time in CS won the hearts and minds of us all. CS added greatly to our vacation. In only five days, we took in a lot! Come on in and share our experiences.

- Within an hour’s drive of Colorado Springs lie many of Colorado’s most-visited attractions: Pike’s Peak, the Royal Gorge, and the incomparable Garden of the Gods among them. Home of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and with cheaper airfares than Denver, it’s a good base for a tour.

- Back in the fifties, Colorado Springs was probably the coolest town in the country. The incredible setting betwen mountain and plain, the great climate, the small-town feel ameliorated by world-class attractions at the Broadmoor, the wide, tree-lined streets, the clean, bracing air--it was paradise. These days it's grown, been "improved" and continued to draw tourists--but it's still one of the spectacular spots in the country.
