  • With a $400 voucher on TACA Airlines to burn, my girlfriend and I took a brief trip up to Bogotá, Colombia from our base in Lima, Peru. Despite the crazy weather and accidentally spending a night in a whorehouse, we were stunned by this example of urban planning done right.
