- Nestled in the crater of an extinct volcano sit the little mountain town of El Valle De Anton. A small town with lots to do.

- Mother Nature must've laughed when she created El Valle from the ashes of a gigantic volcano. At her playful touch frogs turned brilliant yellow, trees became square, mud became therapeutic, and strange symbols appeared on rocks. Man added a zany zipline adventure through the rainforest and a renowned handicraft market.

- Heaven in the middle of a volcano crater. El Valle was in bloom as usual, and the birds were plentiful.

- Panama is a safe, beautiful country, and El Valle de Anton is a wonderful place to base yourself. For writers and artists, I recommend a long stay. I feel a bit like the guy in The Beach giving away the map writing this.
