- Kansas city ranks 29th biggest city, by population, with about 1.8 million residents and about the same land area as the state of Connecticut. It is centrally located in the continental USA and enjoys a midwest climate (hot and very humid most of the summer, cold and a little snow in the winter, beautiful for a couple weeks in the spring and fall.)
I was able to drive to Kansas City on several occassions and be shown around by my daughter who went to college here for 2 years.

- The focus of this journal is golf. I grew up in Kansas City North, so most of my reviews are north of the river. There is a LOT of great golf to be found in the KC area!
