Dahab has become a must-visit site on the modern hippie trail. I have been visiting Dahab many times over the past 12 years and have watched its transformation. Once an overgrown beach camp full of backpackers and counter-culture denizens, it is blossoming into a proper resort town with a Hilton built and more big resorts on the way.

When you're in the Middle East and looking for a good windsurfing spot, Dahab is the best that I've found so far.
