- Two days after I retired in 1999 we were on a plane to Nice, expecting to stay for three months. Since then we've lived here for about 6 months every year. We've had wonderful experiences and met terrific people and would love to share these times with you.

- For a drive about vacation, nothing much beats the South of France. Make the coast city of Nice your anchor. Fly in, spend a week, and drive out for day trips. Then move down the coast and settle for a few days in Arles before heading back home.

- Nice is the largest resort on the Mediterranean coast. It is also in the center of the French Riviera; the area’s heart. This area is also known as The Cote d’ Azur, and Nice has the deserving title of the capital of the Cote d’ Azur.
