Beautiful Wedding... NOT SO Grand Superior Lodge

We previously enjoyed visiting Grand Superior Lodge and the service was good. However, times have changed. The management lacks concern for customer satisfaction and supports unfair business practices. Our wedding reception was truly beautiful, but the billing mistakes and the customer service which followed was NOT so!
