The wine area is about 20 miles away from Cayucus. Most of the wineries are excellent. Dover Canyon, Peachy Canyon, and Dark Star are some of my favorites. Wild Horse is also very good with the most extensive selection around. Most of the wineries are right off the 46. The wineries are usually free. The best wines in the area are the Syrahs and the Zinfandels. Don't miss those two.Close
