Visiting Daytona Beach

Once dubbed the "World's Most Famous Beach," the white-sandy shores of Daytona welcome over 8 million visitors a year. Nestled on Florida's eastern coast in Volusia County, the city is divided in two by the Intracoastal Waterway. The peninsula throbs with college-aged spring breakers in March and April, while die-hard racing fans make regular pilgrimages to the mainland for the Daytona International Speedway, which recently added the International Motorsports Hall of Fame.
