No wedding is complete without a wedding cake, and this describes the beautiful cake made by Jenny Knott of Designer Cakes, South Wales. She does many different types of cakes and we only came across her my mistake. We attended a Wedding Fair at Hensol, just off junction 34 of the M4, and she had a display. We tasted a bit of fruitcake and were particularly taken by the Celtic Cross cake she makes. It is literally a one-tier Celtic Cross and not only looks amazing but tastes fantastic too. We had some little Welsh love spoons made from icing around it too.
