Regardless of how you view the big picture, there’s no denying that it is hot out there. The States are scorching, as are Europe and beyond. So what to do when the going gets hot? Despite some travelers’ reluctance to sit idly, there is too much ocean not to appreciate the world’s best beaches in the summertime. Of course, even the gentlest surfs aren’t risk-free, so please take care out there. And if swimming isn’t your thing, there are plenty of cool, dry places to dive into.
