As a flock of recent IgoUgo visitors can attest, Washington State has something to amp up every traveler, from perfectly roasted coffee to picture-perfect Cascade Range vistas.

With four different spins on how to enjoy the destination’s diverse offerings, here are fresh trip journals that take a look at what’s up in Washington:

Seattle Under Sunny Skies gives callen60 the opportunity to design a walking tour, ascend the Space Needle, and take a ferry to Bainbridge Island for one of the best desserts on the West Coast: slump.

Whale Watching and Searching for Mt. Baker are on the itinerary of gowest youngman as he drives (and ferries) all around the Puget Sound.

Day Five of whenilk38’s epic drive takes him to Western Washington to loop around Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helens.

And going Amost Sleepless in Seattle, foodie stvchin focuses on the “happy gluttony” of Pike Place Market and a new hot spot for “grown-up burgers.”

Clearly, whether seen in callen60's sun or gowest youngman's mist, exploring the Seattle area is a must.
