Here at IgoUgo, we’re always happy to see members joining forces in pursuit of world domination, one two-week vacation at a time. So, needless to say, we were thrilled to discover these new members, whose mutual travel aims create a force to be reckoned with—or, at least, a great example of the connections you’ll find between like-minded travelers at IgoUgo.
Though they registered just one month apart, haslo04 and ncdecolover have more in common than good timing: both took the road of Peter Mayle (and, of late, Russell Crowe) to seek out Provence’s finer side of life—and both wrote about the good times within a week of one another. To continue this spiral into the Twilight Zone, both these Euro-centric travelers have followed in the footsteps of great artists: Van Gogh and Gaudí, to be exact.
Another dynamic duo, Nicole-san and flygurl814, connect from across the globe with their fierce hometown pride. In her Tokyo for Dummies guide, Nicole-san takes us inside the metropolis’ “gastronomic paradise,” while flygurl1814 makes a case for Tucson’s nearby vineyards. In the words of our favorite (if highly irritating) childhood song, it’s a small world after all.
