Last week, we asked you to name the location shown in this photo. Not surprisingly, many of you nailed it.
The photo was taken on the Islas Flotantes of Lake Titicaca, Peru, by dcdc75 in 2005. In her journal Peru: Essence of the Andes, the talented photographer calls the islands “one of the most spectacular sights in the world.” We think her photo truly does it justice.
Great job guessing, all—the next location will be more difficult!
