I've visited NYC 3 times now. Each time is so much different than the last. This city is extremely dynamic and there are countless dining and entertainment options. The Brooklyn Bridge is magnificent, as the famous Statue of Liberty. However my favorite attraction in New York is Times Square. Flashing lights and tons of action all day, but it's seriously buzzing when the sun goes down. The nightlife is really good although I had to wait for almost an hour, around the block, just to get in. It was totally worth it in the end. New York will continue to be on the top of my list of places to keep visiting, and I am currently planning my 4th trip!
1. Do save a lot of money. New York will tempt you to part with your bank balance in countless ways. Everyone knows that nothing ruins a trip quite like "I wish I could have.."
2. Find time to take the free ferry to the Statue of Liberty. It's a nice afternoon getaway, and the pretzels that they sold on board when I was there were awesome.
3. Visit Times Square! It is definitely an experience not to be missed.
