4. Zelena Salata - Green Salad: Greens, tomato, cucumber - traditional style is tossed with a tiny bit of oil & vinegar -or- can be served with your choice of dressing: Ranch, Thousand Island, or Blue Cheese. $4.00
5. Sopska - A decorative Mediterranean style salad with diced tomato & cucumber. Dressed with a special sour cream dressing. $5.00

7. Jagnjetina Na Rostilju - Bosnian style flame roasted Whole Fresh Young Lamb. A special treat, rarely foucnd in an American restaurant, with a taste unlike snay of the commonly available lamb offering. Enjoyned by both lamb lovers & lamb novices alike. Cut Mediterranean style: misxed pieces - which may include some bone, gristle & fat. Served hot, but also available traditional style, cold, for a different taste. Includes bread & butter. Baklava - Walnuts & sugar "honey" densely layered in jufka (filo pastry). A special treat. Made on site. $3.50
Pica - Drinks
Kafa - A potent Sarajevo-style coffee. Just the way it was when Sarajevo introduced coffee to Europe in the 1500's. Like Turkish coffee. Served traditional sytle in a dezva with lokum (a cookie). $3.50
Bosanski Espresso - Unique Bosnian style coffee drink. Not Italian-style steam extracted. Strong, frothy & sweet. Served with lokum (a cookie). Topped with slag (whipped cream). $3.00
