The Malaysia-China Friendship Park at Jalan Song or Song Road, Kuching is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque parks in the State. Its built to commemorates 30 years of diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China.
The park span over seven acres and its becoming a popular park among the locals and tourists.
Gigantic structure and monument around the park represents the landmark of different province in China. You will definitely see the 20 foot statue of Admiral Zheng He. Zig-Zag Bridge, Beijing Tea Pavillion, detailed Chinese ornament arch and many more.
If you visit the place during day time, you can enjoy watching the koi fish in the man-made lake. Lots of them!
Its certainly one of the relaxing spot in Kuching city. The park is located on the south side. The place is rather new and not on the tourism map yet. So just take a taxi ride to get there.
If you're hungry, just walk across the big road and you find yourself in a place with lots of food.
