When the Maid of Mist tour was finished, we then went to the shops there. We saw a variety of items, such as replica knick-knack boats of the Maid of Mist boat and T-shirts and sweatshirts with the Maid of Mist embossed on them. After our window shopping was through there, we decided to go shopping on Clifton Hill. We parked the car and walked. We ended up buying T-shirts at Hard Rock Café. We got some good deals because the store had some markdowns on some of their T-shirts. We saved about 30%.
After shopping on Clifton Hill, we went to Skylon Tower to shop. The level of the tower called Main Concourse is where we shopped. This place had a lot of specialty shops and gift shops. I ended up purchasing a ceramic mask for under $13.
If shopping is one of your main attractions, I recommend you bring a lot of money with you. In general, Niagara Falls, Ontario, is an expensive city, and when you are walking on Clifton Hill, you will not only need money for your purchases, but you may be tempted by its attractions along it (such as the haunted houses, the Guinness Museum, the Observation Tower, Ripley’s, wax museums, etc.).
