We had always thought Hua Hin was very quiet, but it was very busy. The centre of the town has lots of restaurants and shops, and there is an area that covers a lot of streets with sounds of music. The street stall prices were cheaper than what we had found in other places. I am glad, though, that we did not stay in the town centre, as it is very built up. I think it is much better to stay along the beaches just outside the centre of Hua Hin.
Tuk-tuks are cheap and have friendly drivers, and even taxis are cheap. We really enjoyed it. Most of the visitors are Thai, although we also saw a lot of other visitors. This resort is very popular with Thai people, so the prices are good.
