Sea Gardens Beach and Tennis Resort #2890
We arrived in rain during early August. We had no idea that summer is the rainy season in Florida. But we managed to evade the rain when it really mattered, and enjoyed many beach days with hot but not sweltering sun!
Our one-bedroom unit was directly across the street from the beautiful and natural beach. We simply loved our unit. The compact size of the area afforded the maximum efficiency of dining and living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our lovely bedroom had a whirlpool and another bathroom privately just for our room. The bedroom overlooked the pool area, many palms, and breathtaking gardens.
We very much enjoyed the common area near the pool. The resort offered a staff that entertained the guests with many low cost meals, and fun activities like line dancing and even hula dancing lessons after lunch! The party types would love the daily drink specials at the fun Tiki bar in the pool area. We played shuffleboard daily after toasting ourselves on the beach. We have never experienced such enjoyable and accessible activities at any of the resorts we have visited. This makes the vacation akin to an all-inclusive vacation.
Our two hour sales presentation netted us a fair bit of pressure to buy into the Fairfield points system, but we were rewarded with a really great gift. We enjoyed a boat cruise and a free dinner one evening! We felt it was worth the time we gave.
