There were not many restaurants in Brigantine. Pirate's Den was very reasonable, but you have to get there early because it closes by 7:30pm in the off-season. The Island Diner is open 24 hours a day and you can order off the breakfast menu any time of the day. There are quite a few pizza/Italian food places but very few restaurants that could be called "fine dining."
