My wife and I with the grandkids and parents spent a marvelous week at the Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort. It was the first trip to Florida for the kids and they certainly were amazed by the whole experience, from the airplane flight to all the sights at Cape Canaveral.
This brand new resort offered everything we could have hoped for, from the water slide, lazy river, daily activities, ocean view, beach, cruise ships, and superior accommodations. The special show by "Safari Todd" thrilled the kids. They saw and touched real alligators, boas, and a Florida panther. They also had a great time in the indoor Play Place where they could run, jump, and climb. As adults, we lazed around the pool listening to a two-person band play some old favorites. The beach provided the search for shells as well as a walk in the waves. Last of all, we took advantage of the tennis courts, b-ball court, and a decent fitness center. We can't wait to get back.
