There were bike rentals available at the resort and a well constructed paved bike trail along the beach. There were bikes for 2 and even more. This would have been something we would have done however I was fuzzy from the wine the night before. (I'll never do that again). What I noticed was the paved bike trail look like it went on for miles. It would probably be an excellent all day activity to ride from the resort to another town and back.
