San Sebastian is known for its beaches. San Sebastián has three beaches situated in the middle of the City. They are Playa de La Concha, Ondarreta and Playa de Gros/La Zurriola.
La Concha is the most centrally located and most famous. The beach is spread out in a crescent form that stretches around the bay. This is the best of three beaches.
Ondaretta is right next to the La Concha. This beach isn't as crowded as it's neighbor. The Palacio Miramar, once a summer home of Spanish royalty, is right next to the beach.
