North Shore Park is a twenty-three-acre park offering swimming, camping, picnicking, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing and water-skiing. There is a public boat ramp for motor and sailboats. Swimming areas are designated around the shore, but no lifeguards are on duty.
The park has 66 campsites, 44 of which have electricity and potable water, and 14 of which have water only. Eight sites have screened shelters. Hot showers are available, and each campsite has a picnic table and grill.
