This is a hard one to review. We stayed for a week Feb 24th - Mar 3rd. It was a nice quiet relaxing place until the 28th when the Spring-Breakers got there.
To start off, we had to change rooms 3 times.
*The first room had a pair of dirty undies in the closet & the phone did not work.
*The second room had hair in the beds & hair in the nightstand drawer.
*The third room was clean as far as we could see, but you could tell none of the rooms were not taken care of very well(see pictures).
The price we got for 7 days all food, drink, activities & taxes/gratuities included was $1767.15. There is a buffet you can eat at 3 times a day, a pool bar that is open all day with snacks & a restaurant that takes reservations the day of. We did not eat at the restaurant, but all the other food was really good. This is all included also all your drink even alcohol.
There is a private beach, a pool & a hot tub for hotel guest only. They have mountain bikes, beach volleyball, snorkeling lessons & horse shoes included also.
They had something fun going on in the lobby each night (also has a bar in it). There are 3 elevators that are slow as Christmas & fell like they will fall apart at any minute.
The staff was very sweet & courteous to us & our 9 month old daughter. There is a small gift shop & information desk in the lobby & taxis were always out front.
It is with in walking distance to the Atlantis, the Rio, Comfort Suites plus a plethora of eating joints & great shopping! All the streets are lit well & everyone on the island is very nice. We walked a lot at night & we never felt unsafe.
In your room ALL phone calls cost at least $1.00 if you loose your all inclusive bracelet it will be $75.00 & if you loose your room or towel keys they are $25.00 each. Each person in your party will get one towel key which entitles them to a new towel all day everyday.
KIDS: We took our 9month old daughter & we had a really good time. The place is very family friendly, they had stuff for kids to do also. There is no charge for kids under 2 & they even give you a crib for no charge if you ask.

Overall I think it's a good deal for your money & its in a great location (30min from NAS). Just beware that the rooms look nothing like they do on the internet!
