DoubleTree Grand Key Resort

We chose the Doubletree because of its location, accommodations, and my husband works for The Hiltonand since DoubleTrees are owned by Hilton Corp, we get a big a$$ discount. We made the right choice. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. They have fresh baked cookies at the front desk at all times. We kept going back to ask for more! Our room had 2-queen beds with a balcony. It turned out to be 2 queen beds with a deck! We were on the pool deck and our "balcony" was right by the pool, which was fantastic because we just opened the door, and there we were! The pool area was very nice.

The hotel offers a shuttle to Duval Street, which was also great, and we did take advantage of. The only problem is that its last pick up is at 11:25pm. If you are planning on staying out late in Duval St. you’ll need to take your car, which is what we had to do one night.
