Pizza Aroma is the only pizzeria in Ithaca offering soy cheese. At least once a week, I find myself craving the hot and satisfying slices from a soy cheese pizza with red peppers! I love the crust, too, which is not too thick and not too thin. The small pie is enough for two people, with some leftovers for lunch the next day. The toppings are tasty and fresh.
Drawbacks: no delivery and service has ups and downs.
