The Camelot is a very large hotel with all rooms facing the ocean. We saw the pictures on the internet and decided to book last minute. The price was $800.00 for 7 nights, one bedroom with 2 double beds. This was during March break. When we got to the hotel, our check in was fast and painless. We had a long drive and welcomed the speedy service. The hotel appeared to be an older hotel. The one bedroom suite was very basic. Included in the rooms are a fridge, stove, microwave and TV. Also included was a small table with four chairs, a sofa and love seat. The sofa and love seat could also use a bit of stem cleaning. There was also a small size bathroom which was clean. The room could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet could use some steam cleaning as well. There is also a lazy river, which was a bit cold to use in March, a wading pool, a large jacuzzi/hot tub and an indoor pool. They were all located right next to the elevator on the 1st floor. The large pool is located outside the building. There are also laundry facilities. Every day the maid came in and cleaned the room and changed the towels. Every floor has their own parking and we were able to park just outside our door. The view was the best!. We could step outside our balcony and just enjoy the wonderful view. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise and listen to to waves rolling in everyday. There aren't any restaurant situated in the Camelot hotel, but there are many eating places on Ocean Blvd. where one can eat for reasonable prices. We frequently went to Pappas where happy hour was from 4-7pm every day. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the Camelot.
