Establo

This hotel is superb! It's more like a resort or spa. The rules are huge (biggest hotel room I have ever seen), all have a balcony with view of the bay & peninsula. The soaps, towels, linens are all spa quality. Beds are wonderfully comfortable. Everything was super-clean. Staff is extremely polite and helpful (con mucho gusto on EVERYTHING!). On-site restaurants rival anything in town. They transport you all over the resort with minivans, no walking required. And the location is central to all Monteverde and Santa Elena activities. The best part is the on-site zip lines! These are the best ones in the region - best views, most comfortable (with both upper and lower harness), and most polite guides. I highly recommend this resort!
