I recommend eating on the terrace outside. We often ate at a remote table outside when our daughter was younger. Not only did we enjoy the garden setting, but we also sure that our young daughter wasn't disturbing anyone else. This is a great solution for dining with small children.
The best dining experience on Saipan is Sunday Brunch at the Hyatt in Giovanni's. However, the overflow from brunch are seated in the Kili Cafe & Terrace. When we went to brunch at the Hyatt, we often sat outside if we had our daughter with us.
Be sure to make a reservation for Sunday Brunch if you wish to sit inside at Giovanni's. This was a lovely experience. There was a garden view and piano music.
