For us, there were many memorable moments - we hadn't been in the Orlando area for quite a few years, and there were some changes in Epcot, as well as at MGM Studios. We didn't do the "Magic Kingdom" this time. Our daughter said, "Let's do the Animal Kingdom right away"! We spent one full day there, at this newest of Orlando's parks - and it was just all so interesting! Never a dull moment here! Took lots of pictures.
The Arabian Nights Dinner Theatre, about 10 miles from the resort, had the grandeur of a Broadway Show. More than 60 of the world's most beautiful and graceful horses were in it. It was a packed house the Friday night we went. You have a choice of two entrees - we three had prime rib.
A COUPLE OF MORE THINGS == check out the wonderful flea markets in the area. You can find some good buys.
ALSO. . .Wednesday is $Las Vegas Nite, on the Sterling Casino Cruise line. You're picked up at the resort! Lots of fun! ! !
${QuickSuggestions} Be sure and attend the resort's pool party on Thursday evening. Hot dogs, hamburgers, and condiments are served. The cost is, I believe, $2 per person. Very good entertainment comes with it! It was pretty lengthy - we were still there when the stars came out, and you walk away humming happily! ${BestWay} The best ways to get around are driving and walking. We did some walking right down from the resort on a sidewalk that led into a block of residential homes.
