The hotel is located in the heart of Portland's downtown, which makes getting around very easy (taxi, MAX train, bus or walking). There are tons of shops nearby, along with fantastic restaurants (so I hear). The hotel is conveniently located to many top Portland attractions. I walked 2 blocks to Pioneer Square (in pictures) to grab a bite to eat and relax, and then 5 blocks down to the waterfront (in pictures). Depending upon your interests, there were music clubs and bars in the immediate area as well.
I travel to Portland about twice per year and I will stay at Hotel Lucia every time from now on. It was clean, friendly and centrally located downtown. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Portland. Here is the Web site address if you are interested:
