To get to second floors you have to use the stairway, so if you have lots of luggage, be aware. They will also shuttle you to near-by sites for free. Within walking distance is the Bend/Mall (smalltown stores)and at least 5 restaurants. They offer special winter rates of unlimited golf at $24 day. Don't expect to just drop in and get a room. Bend is crowded during snow season/summer on weekends.
